The Basics

• Is this a trade-only site? Yes. This portal is for pet shops, daycare centres, and professional dog specialists. To see our trade pricing and place an order, you must register for a trade account.

• Where is the food produced? Every single tub is produced, packed, and frozen at our own factory in Scammonden, Yorkshire. We aren't a middleman; we are the producer.

• Is your food DEFRA approved? Absolutely. We are fully registered and regulated by DEFRA. We conduct regular external lab testing to ensure our "no-faff" approach never compromises on safety.

 

Orders & Payment

• Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Yes, we operate with a minimum order for store pickup and delivery to ensure delivery is viable and your freezer stays stocked. You can see the current MOQ on the dashboard once you log in.

• Why do I have to pay before my order is processed? We operate on a pro-forma basis to keep our overheads low. By receiving payment upfront, we can focus our budget on premium ingredients and keep our trade prices as sharp as possible.

• Can I add to an order once it’s placed? If we haven't picked and packed it yet, we’ll do our best to help. Give us a ring at the factory immediately, and we’ll see if we can fit it in.

 

Shipping & Collection

• How much is delivery? A Flat fee of £10 for qualifying orders based on the MOQ.

• Can I collect my order? Definitely. Pickups are always welcome during our factory hours. It’s the best way to save on shipping and see where the magic happens.

• What happens if I’m not there when the van arrives? Because our product is frozen, we cannot take it back to the depot. You must ensure someone is available to get the stock into a freezer immediately. If no one is there, the goods will be left at your risk.

 

The Product

NRF Raw Dog Food:

• Why is your packaging so simple? Because dogs can't eat cardboard. We ditched the fancy sleeves and expensive branding to ensure that the value is inside the tub, not in the bin. This allows you to offer your customers premium raw at a price that actually makes sense.

• How should I store the food? Keep it at -18°C or below. Once defrosted, it should be kept in the fridge and fed within 2-3 days.

• Is your meat "gland-free"? Yes. In line with DEFRA regulations for registered producers, all our raw materials are gland-free to prevent endocrine issues like hyperthyroidism in dogs.

• What is NRF Cold Pressed? Our Cold Pressed food is a high-quality, dry-alternative branded by NRF.
