1. Shipping & Delivery
We keep our logistics as straightforward as our food. We aim to get your stock to you in peak condition while keeping delivery costs to an absolute minimum.

National Delivery: England and Wales Shipping costs £10.00

Delivery Area: Due to the nature of frozen food delivery, we are only able to deliver to mainland England and Wales.

Collection: You are always welcome to collect your order directly from the factory. It’s the fastest way to get your stock and guarantees zero shipping fees.
2. Receiving Your Order

Frozen Goods: Our product is a raw, frozen perishable. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive and immediately freeze the order upon arrival.

Failed Deliveries: If a delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive it, we cannot take the product back to the factory due to food safety risks. In these cases, the order will be left at the premises at the buyer's risk, or disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
3. Damages & Shortages
We take pride in our packing, but if something isn't right, we need to know quickly.

Any shortages or damaged tubs must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide photographic evidence of any damage so we can resolve the issue immediately.
4. Returns Policy

Perishable Goods: Due to strict DEFRA regulations and the frozen nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any raw food items once they have left our control. This ensures that the cold chain is never broken and every tub we sell is safe.

Non-Perishable Items: Any non-frozen trade accessories (if applicable) may be returned within 14 days at the buyer's expense, provided they are in original, resaleable condition.
