1. Trade-Only Status

• Northern Raw Feeds (NRF) Trade is a dedicated B2B portal. By registering for an account and placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing goods for the purpose of resale or professional use within a registered business. We reserve the right to request proof of business status and to close accounts that do not meet our trade criteria.

2. Payment Terms

• To keep our prices competitive and our factory running efficiently, all orders are Pro-Forma for immediate payment.

• Payment must be received in full by bank transfer before any order is processed, picked, or dispatched.

• Goods remain the property of Northern Raw Feeds Ltd until payment has cleared.

3. Order Minimums & Lead Times

• As a Scammonden-based producer, we work to strict production schedules.

• £250 for Store Pickup and £500.00 Minimum order for delivery quantities (MOQ) apply to all trade orders as specified on the portal.

• Lead times start from the date payment is confirmed, not the date the order was submitted.

4. Inventory & Fullfilment

• If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss a substitute before your order is dispatched.

5. Delivery & Risk

• It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. As our product is raw and frozen, it cannot be returned to a depot.

• Once delivery is made (or a delivery attempt is made at the agreed time), the risk of spoilage or damage passes to the buyer.

• Any discrepancies or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

6. Product Quality & Safety

• NRF is a DEFRA-approved producer (Scammonden Factory). All products are processed and tested according to APHA regulations.

• Goods must be stored in a freezer at -18°C or below immediately upon arrival.

• NRF cannot be held responsible for product degradation due to incorrect storage or handling once in the buyer's possession.

7. Returns & Cancellations

• Due to the perishable, frozen nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on raw food.

• Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of payment. Once an order has been picked from the freezer for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Statutory Compliance

• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act or the Supply of Goods and Services Act as they apply to B2B transactions. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
